Monday Message--Blessings of Fall

Hi Everyone--
My Message Monday is meant for everyone who loves a change of seasons...after all, isn't change part of life? This time of year reminds me
of apple cider and making a fall wreath for my front door. It is so filled with fun and wonder.

This week, I invite you to look at all the things that you enjoy about this season. Feel free to share them in your comments. I wish you a blessed week!

Pam of Finding Pam is the winner of my ATC--congratulations Pam!

Hugs,
Cindy

  2. Hi Cindy,

I love fall, the shorter days, the crispness in the air in the mornings, decorating the house - buying that first cooking pumpkin for holiday pies, and just thinking "another hot summer is behind us:. (o:

  4. I keep seeing the pumpkin patch on the way to town. I am reminded of fall leaves, pumpkins and spending time with friends and family. And of course, cooler weather.

  5. Autumn is my favorite season!I posted on the subject of change today and the change of seasons is a welcome one. It is still hot where I live but I hope to feel the cooler breezes coming soon. I love the colors turning in nature - the smell of baked goodies - finally being able to wear a sweater - watching football with my sweetie, drinking cider and hot chocolate, etc, etc.

  7. Autumn is my favorite season by far and visiting my page lately you could probably see. I just wish I lived further north. I don't get the beautiful changes in nature but I do enjoy the colors throughout our home and all the different decorations, crafts, cooking, Thanksgiving (my favorite holiday) and Christmas being just around the corner. LOOOOVVVEEE it! Just wish it didn't go by so fast. =(

  8. Hi Cindy, I often think that in the fall the soil and plants are getting ready for winter and we do not really realize this apart from the leaves changing of course. I plant spring bulbs in the fall and then forget about them and am rewarded later. Thankfully God never forgets us. hugs♥olive

  9. Hi Cindy,
Thank you for your visit :)
This season of time, I start to feel more white, not in my home, but in the crisp air. I love when it cools down and yet we still have hot weather.

I so enjoy seeing in town the festive reminders that a new season is approaching :)

Blessings to you and your family.

  11. My favorite time of the year too. Although with 100+ weather it really doesn't feel like fall yet. It will get cooler around the end of October. Your mantle is decorated beautifully. I need to get some fall decorations out. Maybe it will make it seem more like fall. Thank you again for the lovely Angel Tag.
    Blessings,
    Charlotte

  13. I love all the colors of summer, but when Fall comes, I delight in the changes, both inside and out, with all the oranges, yellows, and rusty browns. It refreshes my soul and prepares me for the winter ahead.
A last burst of color before the bareness that follows.
Love your analogy of travel, and every day. Waking up with anticipation of what the Lord has for us that day is a delight, and brings an excitement, and somehow a sort of peacefulness at the same time, knowing He is in control.

    blessings on your day

  14. Beautiful blog. I once asked a group of ladies in a class I facilitated to write down their favorite season- 99% said Fall, for the same reasons the ladies here have commented. I don't think I can add much more, except the kid in me says "Because Christmas is coming!"
